Born and raised in Santiago de Chile. Latina by heart.
I have a degree in International Business, and currently trying to find something where I can integrate my degree and my other passions.
In January of 2015 I went to MSU to study abroad for one semester. I improved my english, met wonderful people from around the world and, the most important thing, I met the love of my life. Since then we started an International Long Distance Relationship. Is that hard? God, yes! (especially because we aren’t rich and airplane tickets are expensive!) but I wouldn’t change it.
Favorites things in the world? my boyfriend, dogs, desserts, travel and romance books.
Besides all that, I have to confess I’m in a crisis, millennial crises, life crises, pick the name you want. Maybe I don’t want to grow up? The thing is, I don’t know what I’m going to do next. Just keep swimming? I guess that’s the best I can do for now. That’s one of the reasons I started this blog… so I can put together what I like and hopefully discover what I want to do in this big world.
I started blogging back in 2009 when I was only a teenager posting things about how my mom hated me back then and how I wanted so bad a boyfriend like Edward Cullen (Twilight, anyone?).
Why Elephant on the Road? I love elephants and what they represent. I grew up having little statues of those animals in my house, just for good luck, but with some research I found elephants aren’t just for good luck, but happiness, wisdom and patience. As a symbol, elephants bring strength when feeling weak and helps to react to all situations in a calm and confident manner.
Anyway… thanks for passing by and read all I have to share with you!
