Here we go again, I have ready the free pretty printables for you! The end of the month is here and I’m planning all the things I have to do in April. Mostly, setting the two biggest goals I want to achieve next month. But besides that, I wanted to concentrate more on my health and hapinnes goals, rather than productivity. I feel like it’s something I need to do this at the moment. Don’t you feel like there are moments in life when you just need to focus on yourself? Because that’s me right now.
March flew by, and I’m happy that I end the month knowing what are going to be my next steps. I settled a routine for myself and that’s working out pretty good. Although these past few days I’ve been going to bed super late, and I need to fix that!
April will be a good month. April will be a good month. April will be a good month. Let’s just keep that in mind! We sometimes forget how important is to look on the bright side of any situation. Keeping a good mindset is so good! You stress less and you just enjoy the ride life is.
1. Start working out again
Because this girl is getting lazy and the winter is coming. I just know that when the cold starts I’ll be eating more calories that I need. You know… hot chocolate, cakes, just everything I avoid in the summer. And that’s not the only reason. I just want to be healthier.
2. Start journaling again
I used to do this a lot when I was in high school. But stopped when I started college, and something in me tells me this will be a good idea. Also, Sheila from the blog In Search of Sheila, inspired me to start manifesting and I’m so excited for that.
3. Don’t stressed over my long to-do list
On my phone, I have the longest to-do list ever. When I remember something I just write it there, and if there’s something it needs to be done soon, I set an alarm. Either way… looking at that list always stresses me because it seems like I will never end it. Every day I need to add something new. It drives me crazy.
I’m thinking in creating a smaller list every morning to help me with that. What do you do when your to-do list gets way too long?
4. Go on longer walks with Coco
I want to enjoy life outside work with my pup, and walking the same route can get boring. I’m sure Coco will be so happy with this change! Also, walking with Coco always helps me to get better ideas and I will be definitely taking advantage of that.

5. Keep being positive
The last two weeks have been awesome. And I’m not saying that life has been easier, because that’s not the case. I’m still struggling with many things, but I’m choosing to keep being positive and thinking that everything will be okay. I take action and just trust that everything will work out fine.
